Bulk insertion rawdata (gps data) from listener into tables but too slow processing causing degrade the performance

Hi Friends,

we received 250 records(rawdata) in a second from listener and inserted into table continuously but through the processor it's not processed in similar fashion. 5-7 records processed in a second.

can any one help to fix the problem.
