A while ago I posted this https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/3e9858b9-ef9e-4dbf-a117-f4414b441340/unable-to-reenable-sa-account?forum=sqldatawarehousing#1f01c5b4-099b-4814-9095-a7e8c05340a2

As our SA account is disabled and no admins have been added to the instance so in effect the database is dead. The disk that the db's sit on is full, tried grooming but no effect, any space cleared is writing to almost instantly. The database is for scom. Not matter what we try we are unable to re-enable the sa account. I really don't want to have to rebuild scom and re-install sql etc. Any suggestions please?

I also posted this for SCOM
