Database Backups with Always on AG

Hi,

I have installed SQL 2012 Active-Passive Always on AG with Asynchronous Commit. Now, in order to facilitate the deployments, I need to take backups. Can somebody suggest me the best backup strategy for on-demand backups ?

I have set-up database maintenance plan as

1. Nightly Differential Backup [Primary Node]
2. Weekly Full Backup. [Primary Node]

3. Transaction Logs backup [Secondary Node]
