Hi Can someone please assist me to fix this SQL message am getting will trying to run a backup on of our databases. the error displaced is .

Backup failed for server "" microsoft.SQLserver.smoExtended

Additional Information

An exception occurred while executing a Trasact-SQL statement or batch . (microsoft.SQLsrevre.connectioninfo)

failed to flush the commit table to disk in dbid 12 due to error 2601. check the error log for more information

(microsoft.SQLserver error :3999)

I have tried run some microsoft SQL hotfix as instructed in the web but the error is still there kindly someone give me a solution to this error
