Scheduled Job is sometimes taking less time and sometimes longer time..

HI

I had scheduled a job that runs every 15 min but sometimes it takes 1 hour and sometimes it takes 2 min..

I can't understand the reason as while this job is running no else process are running on database..

Please help me out
