I am doing some peformance analyis on SQL and am usinb DVM's but I also need to capture some stats from performance counters. I have a general question. I see some counters suchas Cumulative Wait time(ms) per second)\nework io waits.
The wording is confusing they have ms mixed with second. Can anyone tell me if this is ms or seconds?
