Same Issues Question as found here for 2008, but for 2012, but http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlkjmanageability/thread/1ac464fa-550a-45cb-92a6-07c25a9df0d1
I think only thing I've changed since it was working was SP3 for Office 2003 (Access gui I like better than current) and added 2010 Compatibility Pack and Windows Updates associated with it. Only things I added besides Windows Updates since it was working correctly. Maybe Uninstall and Reinstall SQL.
Attemped Solutions: I've changed password for SA Account; I use Windows Authentication to log in; and I've registered C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110\DTS\Binn\DTS.dll. Repair SQL Server 2012, Uninstall/ReInstall SQL Server 2012.
