Data Collection Error - Failed to load the master package from the resources. The Data Collector resource file is corrupted.

Hi, All.

When checking the DataCollection report - Query Statisctics History, it says no query statistics were captured even though the Data Collection for Query Statistics (cached) is running and upon checking the cache directory it has no cache file for query statistics.

I have tried restarting specific Data Collector and it produced this error:

Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

I tried looking for this error, but seems no one has been able to experience this before.
